On Monday 1 of July 2014, Fundación Equipo Humano represented by Panayiotis Chatzimichael and Anastasia Lambrou, participated in the EU Info-day about LIFE+ programme, organized by   Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of  Generalitat Valenciana.

LIFE + (2014-2020) programme is the only financial instrument of the European Union exclusively dedicated to the environment. Its overall objective is to contribute to the implementation, updating and development of environmental policy and EU legislation by co-financing pilot or demonstration projects with European added value.

The info-day began with a welcoming by the Councillor D. Juan Carlos Moragues  and then D. Juan Viesca, General director of European projects and Funds of Generalidad Valenciana , presented the structural funds of Valencian community 2014-2020.  Ms. Elena Barrios, Coordinator of LIFE National Contact Point (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment), presented the Programme and the 2014 Call. During the break that followed, the NSE MARKET PLACE / SEIMED took place, in order to help interested parts in finding partners. Later, D.Santiago Donat presented LIFE 2007-2013 results in the Valencian community and finally the conference ended with experiences of LIFE projects and some questions and conclusions.
