class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>MORAL es un proyecto cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+, que surge como respuesta a la <strong>necesidad imperante de habilidades en el mercado laboral europeo<\/strong>.<\/p><p>El proyecto responde a varios <strong>desaf\u00edos<\/strong> actuales en Europa:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Transiciones verde y digital<\/strong>: requieren nuevas habilidades para aprovechar su potencial.<\/li><li><strong>Pandemia de COVID-19<\/strong>: ha evidenciado la necesidad de preparaci\u00f3n digital y ha tenido un impacto negativo en las oportunidades laborales.<\/li><li><strong>Desajuste de habilidades<\/strong>: muchas personas no encuentran empleo adecuado a sus talentos, mientras que los empleadores tienen dificultades para encontrar personal cualificado.<\/li><li><strong>Falta de alfabetizaci\u00f3n y habilidades digitales<\/strong>: una proporci\u00f3n considerable de europeos carece de estas habilidades.<\/li><li><strong>Escasa participaci\u00f3n en aprendizaje<\/strong>: solamente el 40% de los adultos europeos participan en procesos de aprendizaje.<\/li><\/ul><p>Todos estos puntos subrayan la importancia de las habilidades en el mercado laboral actual, desde habilidades b\u00e1sicas hasta t\u00e9cnicas y empresariales.<\/p><p>Con ello, MORAL busca facilitar el <strong>acceso al empleo para grupos desfavorecidos<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de un \u00ab<strong>Pasaporte para el Empleo<\/strong>\u00bb basado en micro-credenciales. Asimismo, el proyecto no se limita a un sector espec\u00edfico, sino que se centra en habilidades clave necesarias para el empleo independientemente de la industria o nivel jer\u00e1rquico. Por \u00faltimo, combina cuatro marcos de competencias diferentes y realiza investigaciones con empleadores para identificar las habilidades clave necesarias para el empleo.<\/p><p>En definitiva, este proyecto europeo se centra en el <strong>dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de micro-credenciales<\/strong> alineadas con est\u00e1ndares europeos, as\u00ed como en la creaci\u00f3n de materiales de aprendizaje para obtener dichas micro-credenciales, las cuales son complementarias a otras calificaciones y ser\u00e1n probadas y validadas mediante la norma<strong> ISO 17024.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51f9e01 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"51f9e01\"
