Recientemente, a ra\u00edz de la pandemia de COVID-19, nuestra salud mental ha sido puesta a prueba. En todos los sectores laborales, el estr\u00e9s ha alcanzado niveles sin precedentes.<\/p>

El bienestar integral de los\/as empleados\/as es esencial para el \u00e9xito empresarial y los\/as profesionales de Recursos Humanos juegan un papel clave<\/strong> al impulsar iniciativas corporativas. Son responsables de evaluar los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo y de identificar \u00e1reas para el bienestar corporativo.<\/p>

La gesti\u00f3n de riesgos psicosociales y el estr\u00e9s laboral son desaf\u00edos significativos en la seguridad y salud laboral. Consecuentemente, los\/as directores\/as de RRHH deben estar capacitados\/as para identificar y gestionar estos desaf\u00edos adecuadamente.<\/p>

El departamento de RRHH desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental al asesorar y ayudar a resolver problemas. Aunque no son psiquiatras, deben reconocer signos tempranos de problemas de salud mental y ofrecer apoyo psicol\u00f3gico adecuado dentro de la empresa.<\/p>

En definitiva, es crucial dotar a los\/as profesionales de RRHH con las herramientas adecuadas para abordar este desaf\u00edo de salud mental<\/strong>.<\/p>

MH4HRM<\/strong> es un proyecto europeo cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+ que surge como respuesta a la creciente necesidad de fortalecer las competencias en salud mental en empresas europeas. Mediante este proyecto, buscamos comprender las caracter\u00edsticas b\u00e1sicas de enfermedades mentales comunes en el trabajo, identificar su impacto y brindar herramientas a profesionales y departamentos de RRHH para abordarlas de manera efectiva.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
