es un programa de <strong>intercambios transnacionales<\/strong> que ofrece a emprendedores con poca experiencia y personas que desean crear una empresa la oportunidad de <strong>aprender de empresarios experimentados<\/strong> que dirigen peque\u00f1as empresas en otros pa\u00edses europeos.<\/p><p>El intercambio de experiencias se produce en el marco de estancias con empresarios experimentados durante las cuales los <strong>nuevos emprendedores<\/strong> podr\u00e1n adquirir las habilidades necesarias para dirigir una peque\u00f1a o mediana empresa. A su vez, los <strong>empresarios de acogida<\/strong> se benefician de una nueva perspectiva sobre su negocio y adquieren la oportunidad de cooperar con socios extranjeros o conocer nuevos mercados.<\/p><p>El intercambio est\u00e1 parcialmente subvencionado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea.
