LEARN tiene como finalidad desarrollar un conjunto de actividades, procesos y herramientas para la transformaci\u00f3n de una organizaci\u00f3n en un lugar de aprendizaje<\/strong>.<\/p>

Con ello, el principal objetivo es desarrollar un enfoque estrat\u00e9gico sistem\u00e1tico para la transformaci\u00f3n de las organizaciones en centros de formaci\u00f3n continua a trav\u00e9s del dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de una certificaci\u00f3n ISO<\/strong>, gracias a la cual las organizaciones comprometidas con el aprendizaje en sus centros de trabajo puedan ser certificadas<\/strong>.<\/p>

Para obtener esta certificaci\u00f3n, las organizaciones deber\u00e1n realizar actividades o utilizar herramientas espec\u00edficas incluidas en el plan de certificaci\u00f3n. Estas actividades tienen en cuenta cuestiones importantes descritas en los \u201cbloques de construcci\u00f3n\u201d identificados por el Grupo de Trabajo de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n 2020 de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre el Aprendizaje de Adultos.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, tienen en cuenta tanto las necesidades de los empleadores<\/strong> en materia de aprendizaje (vinculadas a los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de las organizaciones) como las necesidades de los empleados<\/strong> en cuanto a las diferentes formas de aprendizaje (por ejemplo, el desarrollo de competencias transversales).<\/p>

La certificaci\u00f3n proporcionar\u00e1 a las organizaciones una motivaci\u00f3n adicional para su transformaci\u00f3n en Centros de Aprendizaje Continuo.<\/p>
