A lo largo de sus 2 a\u00f1os y medio de duraci\u00f3n, HoReCa4VET pretende desarrollar un modelo de validaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que ser\u00e1 el material necesario para el dise\u00f1o de futuros cursos y programas de formaci\u00f3n y que constituir\u00e1, a su vez, un cat\u00e1logo de competencias para aquellas personas que quieran desarrollar, adquirir y validar cualificaciones en el sector HORECA.<\/p>

As\u00ed, el proyecto est\u00e1 dirigido principalmente a personas que estudian o est\u00e1n interesadas en formarse en el sector HORECA<\/strong>. Asimismo, se dirige a las instituciones de FP; empleados\/as de empresas; empleados\/as de instituciones que se ocupan del desarrollo, la validaci\u00f3n y la confirmaci\u00f3n de las cualificaciones y competencias profesionales; organizaciones gubernamentales sectoriales y locales; especialistas en recursos humanos; y asesores profesionales y personales.<\/p>

Las cualificaciones desarrolladas como resultado del proyecto podr\u00e1n complementar las competencias adquiridas<\/strong> en el marco de la educaci\u00f3n formal y no formal, ya que constituye una respuesta a las necesidades del mercado laboral identificadas. Ello proporcionar\u00e1 personal cualificado a las empresas<\/strong> y, a su vez, permitir\u00e1 a las personas mejorar su acceso al mercado laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>

Los resultados desarrollados tambi\u00e9n constituir\u00e1n un estudio para trabajadores\/as que no tienen cualificaciones validadas<\/strong>. Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 ser un punto de partida necesario para iniciar una carrera y un ascenso profesional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El objetivo principal del proyecto HoReCa4VET es aumentar el acceso al aprendizaje permanente de car\u00e1cter formal, informal y no formal en la industria HoReCa<\/strong> mediante el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de modelos de validaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de acuerdo con el Marco Europeo de Cualificaciones<\/a>.<\/p>

El proyecto est\u00e1 en consonancia con los objetivos y supuestos de la FP<\/strong> y todas las actividades relacionadas con la minimizaci\u00f3n de las diferencias entre la formaci\u00f3n profesional y el mercado laboral<\/strong> se tratan como prioritarias.<\/p>

Con ello, los resultados previstos contribuir\u00e1n a mejorar la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n profesional, as\u00ed como al aumento del uso de contenidos, herramientas y recursos modernizados que apoyen a la FP.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
